We need to maintain file challans with two different TAN numbers. Can anyone tellme if there is any work around for this.

    Hi Karthik,

Feature 40ECC does not have decision criteria on Payroll Area.

If Payroll Area can be clearly distinguised with the combination of Personnel Area, Personnel SubArea, Employee Group and Employee SubGroup; then having multiple TAN no. will be possible.

Please try to formalize the Payroll Area definition with the combination of above four elements. Presently you might be defaulting Payroll Area through ABKRS with some logic. The same logic may be applied to 40ECC.

    Regards,

    Sudarshan

    • Hi Guys,

Can you please advise if I want to assign two TAN numbers to one company code; one would be valid till 31.03.2009 and other would be valid thereafter; is it possible?

      Please advise.

      Thanks,

      Soniya
