Sending Notification to approval after 24 hours

Hi All,

I need to send a notification to the approver after every 24 hours if it is not approved , if it is approved need to process other

activities of the BPM process , any ideas.

hi

set the due date(24 hours), and add boundary event to the human task. the branch starting from the boundary event will be routed to the human task again.

It's my idea, hope it works

hello,

Follow below procedure to set automated email notification after 24 hr

1. select task which you want to set notifications .

2. go to properties of task and click on Boundry events

3. then add " completiondeadlinenoncriticleexception"

4. then go to task and click on "Time Constraints" and expand completion deadline node and add your 24 hr tab .

5. the route your workflow to automated activity with email notifications.

Hi,

You may use the timer event for escalation (in your case a notification) and then model it by looping till the time the task is completed.
