Data transfer from Specification master data in EHS into Chemical data in EHSM

Dear Experts,

I have client requirement to print Safety Instruction for safe handling of Chemicals that has been approved by Industrial Hygienist / Chemical approver. The property data like safe handling properties & phrases and OEL values are maintained in specification master data in Product Stewardship. When I try to execute 2nd report R_EHFND_FILL_REGL_BY_EHS_SUBST, I get error message to see application log. When I check the application log, I find "Specified hit list group (HITLIST) for selection not found" and "Table Parameter SUB_HEADER not filled or filled incorrectly". I have maintained Hit list group using Utilities -> Set of Hits in CG02 substance workbench.

It is the same case when I execute 3rd report R_EHFND_FILL_CHM_BY_EHS_SUBST, I get error "Specified hit list group (HITLIST) for selection not found". Do I miss any configuration in the back-end? Need your expert advice.

Thanks!

Regards,

Sudharsan

Dear Christoph,

Thank you for your answer. I have HITLIST group in the customizing and also in CG02 Substance Workbench, refer attached screenshots. However I still get the error while executing R_EHFND_FILL_REGL_BY_EHS_SUBST.

Let me know if there is any other way I fix this issue or perform data transfer from Specification Master data from Product Stewardship into Chemical data in EHSM.

Thanks!

hello

as we are not using the reports: may be it is not allowed to have "two" hit" list in the same folder.... If you do not suceed: Debugging is always an good option; but i would suggest first: delete one hitlist in the folder and try again

Hello

we are not using this report (both of them); but one can assume something based on error message:

Question. did you prepared a "tree" (customizing action) with a "group" called "HITLIST" to store a "list of hits"? (may be only one "hitlist" is allowed in this "group"?.)

Question: did you extended "access" rights? Some access checks are running during the "read" or "write" of hitlists in the "tree" structure; don't know if this is checked during execution of the report...

E.g. check: https://www.consolut.com/s/sap-ides-zugriff/d/e/doc/C-R_EHFND_FILL_REGL_BY_EHS_SUBST.html (found by hazard only teh "german" link; but there is a "english" link as well

Checl may be as well: https://help.sap.com/doc/898a926b052548beb49841a2732700bb/1610%20002/de-DE/1293707407174d0ab56f697f4... (sorry. Once again: german link)
