Measurement Document Posting in Condition Monitoring Scenario

Iam able to Post Measurement Document values in Numeric but not in Range values, My requirement is In the Characteristic iam maintaining Ranges say like 30 - 40 K, 41 - 50 K , 51 - 60 K values & Iam Creating the Measuring point with this Characteristics.

In the Measuring Point, I want to maintain the Target value in the Range for Example 41 - 50 K, & I should able to select the Possible values which i have created in the Characteristics in the Measuring Doc entry & If the measured value is not 41 - 50 K, then Notfication should create while saving the Meas.Doc.

The Possible option currently is

System will create a Notification for the Valuation which is not Ok, that i can acheive through user Exit.

My Requirement is system should check the Measured value with the Target Value, if Both r same then no problem, if my Measured Value & Target value is Different, system should create a notification for the out of range values.

1. How to acheive this Value Ranges in the Measured & Target value filed in Meas.Point & Doc.

Note : Iam not using any PCS interface to capture the value. for abnormality its Manual measuring document Entry.

Can anyone guide me ...
