Our PO qty is 100 pcs.We have received two inbound idocs from our vendor which has created two LA shipping notifications each with 100 pc. So that means in confirmation tab, i can see two inbound deliveries with 100 pc each and so total 200 pc which is wrong/ Vendor dispatched only 100 pc but by mistake sent two idocs to us. The inbound idocs from vendor to our SAP system got posted with ref to same po. In both the idocs PO number is same but external ref number s different.
both the idocs came with 2 secs of each other. my questions are :-
1) why sap did not prevent creation of 2nd inbound delivery when 1st one is already created. with inbound delivery qty=PO qty in the first idoc and 1st LA confirmation control key already set in the PO ? Is there any control in config to prevent creation of 2nd inbound delivery if 1st inbound delivery is already created with LA notification updated in PO with 1st delivery qty=PO qty ?
2) as soon as inbound delivery is created in sap. there are outbound output messages triggered from such deliveries out of our sap system (ouput type with special function). When Iam deleting the 2nd inbound delivery, system is giving error in VL32N that delivery cannot be deleted since it is already distributed ?. what should i do ?
in MD04, we have two receipts elements shows for two LA notification and that is wrong ?
