One of the end users has deleted the task created in production system.But we were not able to find the task deleted from the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H since the archive flag is not set for the task (BUS2000125).
So in order to avoid the deletion in future, we would like to enable the archive flag for all the tasks & also can be find who has deleted that particular tasks in CRM.Please help on this to find how to enable the archive flag for the tasks in CRM?.
Please fyi,I have gone through some documents about the "SAP CRM Data archiving and reloading" using SARA . but seems the customer do not want to archiving in the system itself and just need to enable the archive flag for the tasks.
Please help if any other option on the same ?.
