Excise of Sale Bill Cancelled but not updated in J2IUN utilisation

Hi,

We posted one excise sale bill in May,10 and now in July, 2010 , that bill was reversed with excise .Our GL showing correct figre and even that canecelled excise also updated in excise table but that balance not come down in excise ..please tell me some way..
