Disable Portal User Idle Time Out Option

Hi All,

Could any one guide me in disabling the portal idle timeout option? We currently have this requirement and previlously this was enabled using the javascript in the PAR file.

But for testing purpose after some new developments we would like to disable this option.

Your assistance with this is much appreciated.

hi sandhya,

remove the javascript code from the par file or change it to maximum time limit like 36000 then it will be somewhat disable.

generally we place the timeout javascript in header par file. so cehck in masthead par file and headerview.jsp
