Crystal Report not opening/running in SAP B1 Browser Access

Hi All

We upgrade to SAP 9.3 PL06 and noticed that the crystal reports does not run in the browser(Chrome)

When clicking on the report, Its show this (like its thinking):

And after a few mins, it comes up with this message:

It run fine on the normal client.

Has anyone had this issue? is there some other settings that need to be checked?

We also cannot view crystal layouts on the marketing documents.
