Production Order

In the T-Code COOIS, when i Click "Go to" then "cost" then "analysis", i can see the planned cost and actual cost there.

But my question is, where does planned cost came from in the cost analysis?

To put it briefly planned cost comes from production order calculation.

To elaborate a bit - each production order has at least one operation. The operation is performed on a work center, the work center is assigned to a cost center. The operation generates activity requirements. You maintain the activity rate (price) per activity type / cost center. Taking into account activity requirements generated by production order operations and activity rates SAP calculates the planned cost of your operations. That's one part of production order calculation.

The other is the planned costs of production order components. They are calculated based on your bill of materials.
