Reporting tcodes

Hi,

I am looking for t-code that can help to show me a list of sales order, with item lines, delivery notes and invoicing details is possible.

Reason for the report is to be able to monitor orders that have been put into delivery, goods issued and invoiced.

Any other suggestions on how I can monitor all orders/open orders is much appreciated

Check VA05.

Can you share what efforts you took to find out answer to your query. Please search before posting such query in SCN. To answer your query, no standard transaction will show what you expected like sale order to billing in one screen. If you want to check

• open sale orders (not yet delivered) - check VA05 where you have the option to select this
• open deliveries (deliveries created but not posted for goods issue) - check VL06G
• open deliveries (goods issued but not invoiced) - check VF04

What SAP version do you have?

In ECC, Sales Order Monitor transaction VA06 is available from certain support pack level. That's as best as you can get in standard. Otherwise would have to create a custom report.

S/4HANA has more robust order fulfillment monitor, according to Help.

Pls use VA05N!

VA05N is just a list of orders at the header level. It does not even show the items, like VA05, and has none of the information (delivery, invoice) OP is wanting.
