SAP kicks out after opening 2 sessions

SAP system kicks out the users after oprening 2 sessions. this is the problem with only one users . I suggested to upgrade GUI from 640 to 710 but same issue. Is there any other parmateres need to check . Since all users can open upto 6 sessions.

Check the parameter rdisp/max_alt_modes

rdisp/max_alt_modes is set to 6 in all app servers. only user is affected wth this problem.

Any entries on the logs?... event viewer?

User did not faced any error logs. I asked users to update SAP GUI from 640 to 710 latest in landscape.but it didi not reoslve issue.

Hi,

Take a look for log files on the user's computer in the SapWorkDir folder. Filenames usually end with "err.trc" and on my installation the folder is located in C:\Documents & Settings\firstname.lastname. If any errors are shown at the time the problem occurs, search for SAP Notes on these errors.

It is also possible to activate more detailed tracing in the SAP GUI options. These allow you to activate SAP GUI tracing and allow you to change the level of detail included in the traces.

If the SAP GUI is crashed I'd expect to see something in the latest error trace file.
