No time evaluation data available for the period

Hi Experts,

when i am executing RPTEDT00 Report or PT61 T Code. I am getting the following error though i have done Time Evaluation successfully.

No time evaluation data available for the period

Please suggest me what i need to do to get the Time Evaluation Results.

Hi Dolly,

Have you maintained infotype 7. If yes, then plz check time management status. Or else check the validity period of infotype 7 record.

Hi Waqas,

I have maintained infotype 7 and time status is 1 Actual time. i have maintained validity date from 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999. Apart from this any other solution do u have .

I think the period for which you are trying to print time statement, time time evaluation (tcode PT60) is not performed for that period. That is the reason you are getting this (No time evaluation data available for the period) message.

Please make sure, test run check box is unchecked when you execute time evaluation.

Please try your time statement with some other form. Form name parameter on selection screen of PT61.

Hi,

Is for this report (PT61) Time Management Status - 1 is mandatory.

This report will not work when the Time Management status is 9.

Please confirm

Which view need infotype=7? in PA30 transation I see different views where I can insert infotype 7...

And where I set the status?

Sorry fo those questions, but I have to learn Time Statement and I haven't found a sort of starter guide.

this error occurs when there is no data in clusters in PT66 for the pernr to be displayed in PT61

So please check if the data is there in B2 for the pernr for specififed period

I have checked the B2 Cluster i have data in that for the specified period. I have check all possible ways of inputting the data but every time its throws the error.

Please guide if there is another way to get it.
