SPRO > LE > WM > Interfaces > IM > Define Movement Types

> Assign WM Movement Type References to IM Movement Types

- please check which WM reference movement type is defined for the IM movement type (101)

> LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management

- please check the settings for that reference movement type. Please TAKE CARE: which entry you are checking: in WH number field there's a "***" entry but there might be an entry specific to your WH...with different settings...

(so, please choose the proper key combination...)

Thanks for the reply..

Transfer requirement is getting created for few plants but not for all

is there is any settings at Wharehouse number, storage type controls this?

How many Plants have got got attached to a single Warehouse ??

As per Csaba, possibly the generic setting *** doesn't have TR creation and you need to create specific WHS records (or change the generic setting). It's almost certainly something to do with those two tables.

In OMLR you can modify table T321. In this table LGNUM (WH number) is one of the key fields.

So, if you know:

- which is the WM reference movement type

- what is your warehouse number

- other settings (sotck types, etc)

...you just have to find the suitable record in T321 (trx: OMLR). As I mentioned "***" in WH number field might be misleading because there might be a record specific to your WH.

(of course, if you use some developments you should check your developments also)

You could just delete the records for 101 moves opposite WHSs that aren't working and then use Copy As and update for each WHS.

Try it on one first to make sure it works (and take a screen shot of the records you delete first).

Got it...

IN OMLR for selected WHN entry TR tick is not checked

First few lines has WHN is given as *** this is where i got confused

Final question

i see entries as below

      • 101 TR ticked

503 101 TR not ticked

above both related to 101 movement type

When ever GR is done for 503 WHN which entry will be considered?

      • is generic isnt it, which entry system will consider

SAP uses the storage location entered in your goods receipt and checks in table T320 which warehouse is assigned to that storage location, then it uses this warehouse to find a specific entry in table T321, if nothing specific found, it tries again with *** as warehouse number.

Probably a typo ! Check your material document via MIGO and look at the WM tab to get TR or use tx LB10 for Storage Type 902

LB10:

When i give WM number and Source Storage Type 902, i am not getting any entries

How to get TR from MIGO [Material document display] ??

I posted another PO and GR still no transfer requirement created, no clue what could be the reason

Use MIGo Display document option to view your GR. There should be a WM tab far right, click on this and the TR field is shown over to the left. Have you can an entry in this field ?

Odd, that means there's couple of fields not showing and on the face of it a TR hasn't been generated.

Suggest double check settings in OMLR versus stock status, type etc.
