queue server not starting

Hello Experts,

I have a problem with my TREX server. All the servers are starting (HTTP, Name and Index Servers)

QueueServer is not starting (does not turn its state to green.), Moreover "TrexQueueServer.out.<timestamp>.gz" in trace folder is growing in size leading my file system getting out of memory.

could anyone help me out in this issue.

thank you in advance.

cheers

Sunil

    Hi Sunil,

To restart the QueueServer follow these instructions:

1)Stop the Trex services on the Trex server

2)Navigate to the "lock" folder in the Trex installation directory on the Trex server

3)Delete any files with the "PID" extension that is left

    4)Restart the Trex Services.

5)Check the lock folder again to see if the files have the same timestamp especially the "TrexQueueServer.pid"; file

Let me know if the TrexQueueServer starts after this

    kind Regards,

    Barry Cunningham
