安装IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00出现错误？

Dear all,

我在windows standard 2003 x64 server 安装IDES SEM-BW时发生下面错误

ERROR 2010-07-30 00:17:00

FSL-01001 Unable to check existence of account sapdws\SAPServiceBWS. The Workstation service has not been started.
