one production order

I have one production order for finished good A, but finished good got semi-finished component AA and its child AAA and AAB, also we have raw mat. AB, in order master data, I can only see one line of semi-finished product AA, with price 20, semi-finished good using S price control, so Is 20 standard price or moving avg.price?

I don't have separate order for AA(semi-fin.), so how can I know the actual price and quantity issued for AAA and AAB by looking at production ord. table?, in the table, I can only see price for AB and AA.
