CR XI R1 and possible export to excel 8.0?

We use CR XI R1 and need the older export options of CR 8.5. We have found a solution through a "patch" (installing CR 10 and replacing some dll). It's not a solution we can offer our customers. On the other side in CR 2008 there is an export option "legacy mode" used for exporting in older excel formats.

Is there in CR XI a similar solution?
