Add selection/view in C4C as hyperlink on card/tile to the home screen

Is it possible to add a selection/ view (for example a customer view, or a view of open tasks, completed tasks, open visits,...) as hyperlink on a card/tile to the homescreen? so when you click at this card/ tile that you will redirected to the correct selection/ view in C4C instead of opening a report.

Hello Dennis,

There are two ways for creating report views views in C4C. One is creating them as a key user from Business Analytics work center, which will make the report view available for all the users.
Alternatively, a report view can be created from Analysis work center (e.g. logged in as a End User) which will make it a user specific view, thus restricting it only for the end users who created it.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want a individual report view to be available in Home Screen for specific end users. This can be achieved by adding the desired report into the Home Screen as a report tile, choosing the specific report view and selection that were created from End User perspective through Analysis work center. This would be a way ensure that each end user can see the correct data according to his access levels.

About the second part of your question, a report tile in Home screen will always provide the option to navigate to report level, and this option cannot be removed.
