MI31 Process (Physical Inventory)

Hi Gurus,

The requirement is to create a physical inventory document with all the materials of an especific storage location, this was achieved with MI31, I create a document for a storage location in MI31 and then enter the count and then post the differences, but when I try to create a new document number for the same storage location (with MI31), the system does not show anything, any ideas of why is that?

Can you briefly explain the MI31 process, I just need to do inventory stock takes with certain flexibility as the storage bin selection. or for all the complete storage location.

Also when creating the document number in MI31 it is putting each material 3 times one for each storage type 1.Warehouse, 2.Quality inspection and 4.Blocked even I'm not using any of those stock types (this just happens once because of what I explained above, when I try to create a second document number the system doesn't show any materials)
