Invalid Session - WIH 00013 - Web Intelligence

Hello All,

After migrate BOE X3.1 to X3.1 R2 i'm getting the follow error in one WebI report.

"Invalid session. Please close your browser and log on again (Error WIH: 00013)"

I have other Universes/Reports that work fine.

Could anyone help me?

Hi ALL,

we are running BO Reports in Webintelligence when i refresh  the report in WEBI i selected in prompt option 8 companies and start date from 1st of the moth to ending of that month (like:1st-aprl-13 to 30th-aprl-13.) click the run query, I got error "invalid session.please close your browser and log on again".

this error i got only for one report remaining all report i got result.can u please give correct answer to rectify the issue
