Transport tpz files from PI 7.1 Development sytem to Pi 7.0 production sys

We are in the process of PI 7.1 upgrade. Our Dev system is now in PI 7.1.

Our production system in PI 7.0,Is there any way to transport tpz files from pi 7.1( Dev) to pi 7.0?(prod)
