Hi Team,
We are using Solution documentation in Solman 7.2 for managing documents. Currently, we have documents loaded in solman and we are having a peculiar situation. When a user tries to upload a document with same title that of which already exists, the system allows without any issue. This is resulting in duplicate entries being created for the same document. Ideally, this should not be allowed in standard scenario of document management.
Can you please help with solution?
