J2I9 Error

Dear All,

We are creating proforma invoice for a Stock Transport Order.

Procedure is ME21N -> VL10B -> VF01(Proforma Invoice) -> MIGO (w.r.t. Outbound delivery) -> J1IEX (Post internal excise invoice)

There we are facing a problem in "Proforma Register (J2I9)".

Upto excise invoice, there is no problem. While we are checking the "Proforma Register (J2I9)" it shows less quantity than the excise invoice.

For example, if the excise invoice quantity is 1000 no's means, in the proforma register it shows 800 no's only. But there is no problem in the Amount. It shows the full amount of excise invoice.

Our materials are batch managed and it will be splitted in delivery according to the batch.

For example, Material M1 has 300 Nos in stock and it has 3 different batch (1, 2, 3). So if the customer order the material M1 with the quantity of 300 Nos. System will split the material into three parts according to the batch.

So in the delivery, it will be shown below

M1 100 Batch1

M1 100 Batch2

M1 100 Batch3

Now, in J2I9 Register, it is showing only first line item's quantity. i.e. 100 No's. It is not showing the remaining 200 No's.

But the quantities updated properly in the table J_1IEXCDTL.

Kindly suggest your ideas.
