Hi,

for the shift plan it have already been configured as well the necessary requirements. How to make use of proposal determination such that this particular shift require a group employees with certain qualification?

For example: LLS1(Lend Lease Shift 1) requires employees with communication skills cause it comprises of sales-assistant, hence they need to have poeple with articulate skills to promote the products.

In transaction PP67 I created the shift requirements based upon

Qualifications and specific shift (DWS Codes) times. The requirements

have been set up for each day i.e. Monday - Friday.

In PP61 you have the opportunity to assign a requirement to an employee

for the entire period chosen by pressing the #Assignment# button or

pressing CtrlShiftF1. This is a very useful feature in our solution.
