SAP HCM Shift Planning

Hi,

for the shift plan it have already been configured as well the necessary requirements. How to make use of proposal determination such that this particular shift require a group employees with certain qualification?

For example: LLS1(Lend Lease Shift 1) requires employees with communication skills cause it comprises of sales-assistant, hence they need to have poeple with articulate skills to promote the products.
