We have implemented SAP FIORI for HR and SRM applications. we are using HUB approach with GRD as front end server and R1Q as the backend server. The SAP FIORI apps are working through NRD launchpad which is connecting R1Q system,

As you know that SAP did not provide all HR applications in SAP FIORI. We are integrating our existing standard WDA and UI5 apps into SAP FIORI launchpad. We have followed below link to do the config.

As soon as we click SAP standard WDA (Personal Profile) and UI5 application (Employee Profile) in SAP standard Fiori Launchpad. it takes to SAP logon page asking for ID/pass (R1Q).
Once we put ID/pass manually the WDA and UI5 apps are opening fine.
In Wttpwatch we found that there are no cookies being created or sent for this service
/sap/bc/ui2/nwbc/~canvas;window=app/wda/HRESS_A_PERSINFO/?sap-client=500&sap-wd-configId=HRESS_AC_PERSINFO which is coming from R1Q system
The issue is coming both IE and Chrome
Please suggest solution
