Admin_makedim and BTAKESYSTEMAVAILABLE

Hi to all,

could someone explain me what changes in running the Admin_makedim package with this option set to 1 or 0? I believe is something I was looking for (I want to update a dimension, and I'd like to take offline the application until the dim has been updated), but it's already set to 1.

Any further explanation in appreciated :).
