When a user tries to log on to a SAP production environment, the user is notified of existing logons (if any) in a popup window. The existing logons would not go away even after selecting the option to 'end existing logons to the system' and the user still keeps getting the popup window each time a logon attempt is made.
How to end existing logons in this situation?
