Variations for Tolerances for Quantity in GR

Dear MM Gurus,

We have a requirment that we are maintaining the tolerance limits for materials in the material master.

When we receive the goods from supplier, if the goods which we received are overdelivered or any variations.

In such cases there must be a limit beyond which variations have to be formally approved by purchase manger if they are really big.
