Hi.
Consider this scenario. Under a BRF+ application in DSM, I have an existing function (with several parameters in the Signature). I add a new parameter (ABC) without DDIC binding and of type "Text". Now i want to reference ABC in a boolean expression (Function->Ruleset->Loop->Loop->decision table) to compare it with another data object of same type as ABC; no DDIC binding. When i search for this object ABC to use it the boolean expression, its showing up in the "Not allowed data objects list" + its also not visible in the context overview list. But when I go one level up (Function->Ruleset->Loop->Loop), the object ABC is visible in the search list + context overview list.
What can be causing this behavior ? Does BRF+ data object(s) visibility depends upon how deep it is being referenced ??
Thanks,
SD
