Emails from SAP not being received

Hello,

Can you help. We've just discovered that the emails we send through B1 are not being received. I've checked the server and in the SAP B1 service manager, the SBO Mailer service is running. This particular service doesn't appear in the Windows server services list; is this normal?

Hello Juan,

Do you mean SAP Business One Messaging Service ? If yes, then it is abnormal.
