Add Search help 'PREM' to selection screen

I have a field on a selection screen (PERNR) and i wish to add the search help (PREM) to this field. i have found that it can be added via other screens (PA30) - that's how i found the PREM.. but could not find out how it is done....

do i have to use F4IF_FIELD_VALUE_REQUEST or F4IF_INT_TABLE_VALUE_REQUEST to do this?

or is there a another way to do this?

I was hoping to use the full Personnel search to determine the personnel number for the selection.....
