Sorting issue in BW Live connection

Environment: SAC on BW 7.50 SP11 on HANA

I´ve created a heatmap based on a BW query live connection (BW 7.50 SP11 on HANA)

The problem is:

• Calendar weeks on X-axis are not sorted ascending
• Employees (pixeled) on Y-axis are not sorted ascending

I haven´t found any option to influence the sort order.

Chart definition quite straight forward by using measures and dimensions directly provided by the query.

How can I overcome the issue of wrong sort order or is this bug?

have you tried the sort option directly at the chart widget?

In my chart there is the date (Beladedatum) on the X axis and at first it was not sorted correctly. With the use of the sort option I was able to chose the right sorting order. Therefore you have to click into the chart widget and then the context menu appears where you can chose the correct order as shown in the example.

Hi Kjell,

unfortunately the sorting option is disabled for the heatmap chart. I couldn´t find any other option to influce the sort order of the 2 dimensions of the heatmap.

Do you have a sorting option if you create a heatmap?
