Delimit Infotype 589 - Individual Reimbursement

Dear Gurus,

For India Payroll, we are using infotype 589 - Individual Reimbursement to change the yearly eligibility of reimbursement for employees who are having split in Basic pay in a financial year. But this infotype is having validity 31.12.9999 (time constraint class-1). My client wants to delimit the infotype at the end of financial year and in new financial year, the eligibility should be calculated based on allowance grouping afresh (because, client is saying they need to maintain 589 again, in case of basic pay changes manually). Can I change the time constraint class of infotype 589 from "1" to "2" or "3"? Will it impact anywhere?
