Transport workflow from one system to another with same prefix number

Hello Experts,

I am facing a issue before transporting workflow's related to my project to an existing system where workflow's already exist.

The issue is the prefix number. We have workflow template's in both the systems with the same number but different workflow definitation. If i transport my workflow then existing will be overwritten.

Would you please suggest the best method solving the problem.
