serial number in REM mfg

HI

Iam doing REM mfg , serial number profiles are activated for finished product as well as ROH Materials. when iam doing back flushing by MFBF FOR FINISHED PRODUCT 20 EA. MATERIAL DOCUMENT FOR GR/GI generated.

how to track serail number of row material which was issued for each qty.

This is draw bank in std SAP you can not track raw material serial number.

In my understanding you can use serial no's for the raw materials which are getting consumed for a Halb or Fert material,but

it's not possible to backflush any serial no managed materials.

However the system pops up for a serial no assignment for the GR made for any material assuming serial no profile is activated

for the procedure PPSF.

Check and revert.

hi

i have the stock for compnents with different serial numbers , then i consumed this compnets to produce the finished product .

produced qty is also 20 haveing serial number f1 to f20.

stock qty is 20 then serial numbers are v1 to v20, now tell me which serial number compnent is assinged to which serial number finished produc t.
