Update CDS-VDM of SAP Business Suite

We are developing OData-Services based on ABAP CDS-views. Two of our customers are on ECC 6.0 EHP 8 with different SPS-levels. Thus the amount of available standard CDS-views differs. I would like to use the standard virtual data model (VDM) as extensively as possible in each project in order to minimize the required amount of Z-Views. Is it possible to install CDS-views of the VDM via SAP-Notes or do we have to raise the systems' SPS-level?

Hello Benedikt,

unfortunately, the complete VDM is only available in SAP S/4HANA. Just views in Netweaver components may get delivered to ECC EhPs with their respective Netweaver version.

Too bad, I was hoping there is a way around Z-Views. Thanks for your answer anyway!
