Assign Document Splitting Method is not coming in edit mode

Hi,

We have ECC 6.0 EHP4 IDES system installed in Win2k3 SP2 64 bit.

Database as Oracle 10.2.0.4 g.

Current Kernel Level is: Release 701, Patch 32

Support Pack Level:

SAP_ABA 701 0003

SAP_BASIS 701 0003

PI_BASIS 701 0003

ST-PI 2008_1_700 0000

SAP_BS_FND 701 0002

SAP_BW 701 0003

Error Details:

When I am reaching the Node "Assign Document Splitting Method" through

SPRO, it is saying "Read Only" Whereas I want it in change Mode.

I am getting this error in all the clients including 000.

Currently we are working on client 700 copied from client 000.

Kindly give me a proper solution so that I can proceed as I am stuck in

my assignment.
