Unable to access SRM 7.0 BI reports from SAP Enterprise portal.

Hi,

we are unable to access the SRM7.0 BI reports from SAP Enterprise portal 7.0.

getting error message as :

Components 0SR_QUODA_Q002 (version A) do not exist on the database

The requested query /0SR_QUODA_Q002 does not exist on the current server

Unknown or deleted query

we have configured BI ,EP with SRM.

Can any one help to know the complete list of configurations to access SRM BI reports from SAP Enterprise Portal.

Thank you very much for your reply.As I have checked ,BI content for SRM is properly imported.I need any config doc which guides through the configurations needed to integrate SRM BI reports with SAP EP.Please reply if you can help me in any way.

Hi,

You have to enable the cubes/queries and need to extract the data into the cube. This end to end BI activity needs to be done by your BI consultant. you need to check if you can execute the query from the query designer and then execute the query in web and if every thing works, you can integrate that into the portal.

Dear Velu,Thank you very much for your reply.

we have enabled the cubes and queries and everything working fine from query designer.when we integrate with our own created role,workset and page the BI report views are working fine,but not working with standard role is enabled in portal.

It is giving errors as

Hi,

By assigning std SRM roles like Employee,Purchaser , the reports will be available in the portal. Login as one of these role based users and see if the reports are available.

Hi Experts,

As Mr velu explained we have done the all steps Business package deployment ,activating the reports in Bi and created the BI system in EP and assigned the role "strategic purchaser to the existing user,done SSO between EP,SRM,BI.

I have assigned "Strategic Purchsaser"role to an existing SRM user.When we acces the reports from enterprise portal,

with role Strategic Purchsaser->Reports (Lauchpad) we are getting the errors similar to following.

The requested query /0SR_QUODA_Q002 does not exist on the current server

Unknown or deleted query
