Output Types

Hi All,

I have maintained condition records for both output types for Invoice and IL Inland Way Bill. In the communication method, I have uncheck the Print Immediately option in the condition records. The moment I make the invoice and Inland way bill. Still the output condition type is processing. I will get the printout automatically. I do not want the printout each time. I just want, if I need the printout, I can take it.

Go to NACE

Application V3

Select output type (or press F5)

Select you output type

Click on details (magnifire icon or press CtrlShiftF2)

Goto Default valu tab

as of now Dispatch time must be SENT IMMEDIETLY

change this to 3rd option Send with application own tranzaction

I have alraedy maintained option 3 "Send with application own transaction" & transmission medium as Print Output. I have tested this in devlopment client and its not processing, but it is processing in the Production Client. In the Prod client I have maintained Option 3. but getting the prinout, when end user is making invoice.

Hi,

Go to SU3 (User Profile) and check what is maintained in the 'Defaults' tab page for Spool Control for that particular user. If output device is maintained and 'Output Immediately' is ticked, then there is a chance of prints getting triggered immediately when the document is saved.

You can check it thro' SU01D or SU01. You can take Basis help for the same...
