Issue Regarding Hiring Action

Hi Gurus

I have employees let say from different countries like usa , uk ,India, South Africa. How i'll do hiring action for them.

Please take the help of the Forum search before posting the Query

Pls describe me in briefly.

Hi,

Please follow the below Steps:

1) Execute transaction PA40.

2) Select Hire action

3) Then in the 2nd screen after pressing execute button it will ask position ID

4) Give the position there and the mandatory fields.

5) Save it and follow the next screen which will appear.

Thanks a lot for ur responce.

is not it required to set MOLGA,

and for diff countries employees, the infotypes we'll maintain is different.

so it can be possible with one Hiring Action under one country ?

when you give your PA / PSA your MOLGA is picked from there

Hi,

All the hiring actions are done thru pa40 transaction.

For different countries u should have already maintained different company codes and corresponding screens for each infotype, which are supposed to be grouped according to country specific.

for clear understanding could you please elaborate ur query further?
