Lot show QA32 but not shown in QA16 for Collective UD

Hi expert

i have some issue.

i make plan against fert material with usage 5 and confirmation also done.and lot will be generate in 04 origin in QA32 when i Give Usage decision A and press Save then this error will be show *Reqd characteristics still open

Do you want to force inspection completion?* however all characteristic completed and due to this error these lot are not shown in QA16.i want collection UD for OK lot But due to this error *Reqd characteristics still open!

Its std sap practice becz chr check mic indicator activated in mtr master and u have to have result recording for this inspection

lot or u can force fully take UD also.

For your query that not is not showing QA16

1) All chr must be calculated and status should be 5 completed

2) No defect recording for this lot

then only system will allow for only OK lots in T Code QA16

Check following things

1.Status of all char is 5

2.Try to make all the char as "Optional " through control indicator.(this can be done through next lots only)

Also in UD screen there is one tab of "force completion " of lot.Try to do the forceful completion & check in QA16
