Hello All,
From what I understand the only difference between CRM 2007 and CRM 7.0 in terms of security is that CRM 2007 is a dual stack and 7.0 has a seperate stack for ABAP and JAVA.
Is my understanding correct? can someone please confirm?
CRM 7.0 in terms of security is that CRM 2007 is a dual stack and 7.0 has a seperate stack for ABAP and JAVA.
True. separate installations for ABAP and Java instance in previous versions they were installed in a single instance.
Thanks,
Sri

Hi,
If you install both ABAP + JAVA in one NW system you call it dual stack
You can install ABAP and JAVA sepparatly even today have CRM work the way it has to work, business packages can be loaded on the Java side of the install.
Also it will be better to post this question to Basis Forum /Infrastructure to get a clear answer.
