if there is an file that does journal entries, pushed into sap from external software, what location should that file be placed in the SAP server. Is there a folder which we can use in SAP server for that file.
You can use application server to store the files. You can use transaction AL11 where you will have different directories. You can create the folder under the directory as per requirement
