User is not able to see workitem in SAP Inbox

Hi,

User is having complain that he is not able to see workitem in his sap R3 inbox,

I have checked in SWIA Workitem belong to user, I have checked in WorkFlow log and found that Workitem belong to that user only

I have checked in tcode SWI5 and found workitem belong to user.

I am not getting reason , why user not able to see workitem in his SAP inbox. I
