I am looking for some assistance in how to correct a select group of W2’s that have been processed. I have been through the Help and the Forums and can find no understandable direction on how to do this. We have processed the US W2’s for 2018. Review of the W2’s after processing identified an issue with the Social Security Wages (/703) in box 3 and the Medicare wages and tips (/705) in box 5 for a group of selected employees. This was caused due to the PRCL 71 of a Wage type not defined correctly. The Wage type has since been corrected. However, at this time I am being asked to re-print a correct 2018 W2 for the employees affected and really do not know what direction to take. We know the employees and we know the correct amounts. Don’t know if this will be relevant with any direction given. But, beginning with 2019, we implemented a new SuccessFactors “ cloud” payroll solution. 2018 is the last payroll year in our current SAP client. Thank you in advance for any assistance
