Purchase Requisition without source

Hi All,

I understand that SNP creates anonymous purchase requisition (without soruce of supply) in the case where product is defined as "F" Externally procured and there is no T lane.

My requirement is to restrict creation of these anonymous PR in Optimizer run. Could anyone help me how do I stop that? Is there any standard setting to do that?
