formated search from udf

hi,

i need a formated search in marketing documents which fetches the value of an udf (string).

Is it possible to use 1 query for all marketing documents? I don't want to use the table name in my query.

select $ORDR.u_stext

i need something like

SELECT $-U_stext

Has anybody a solution for this problem.

Hi Markus,

Unfortunately, table name for UDF in FMS query is mandatory. There is no way to bypass it.

Hi Markus.....

As Gordon said, Table name is important for every FMS or FMS requires a Form ID which includes Item, Variable, Column ID.

Without this system itself gets confused from where and to where the value to be fetched............
