Refresh ID objects cache memory from the Repository :
Delta Cache refresh:-
During delta cache refresh, objects which are updated after the last cache refresh will be updated in the cache from the IR / ESR.
Full Cache refresh:-
During full cache refresh, all objects in the cache will be updated in cache from the ESR /IR
CPA cache is stands for Colloboration Profile ( Partner profile like sender, receiver, SI, RI, SA, RA .. ) Agreement cache, which stores the ID objects definition which will be used at runtime.
