Sales Order Processing for HANA

Hi,

I have already created an BP with Role Prospect. But i cannot save an order without customer master data what completelly unlogical is. As the core part of sales order processing for prospect is the possibility to create orders for dummy customers. What i should do in order to have a possibility to save an order. Miko

This is part of the replication to the old SD tables. Think standard SAP does not create the required customer master in the old SD tables, thus the customer is not available in sales documents.

You might be able to assign the customer account group to the prospect role. However this will cause the prospect to act as a normal customer from an SD perspective.

Another option is to copy the majority of roles, groups, etc. to enable the use of a separate role in SD. You can set restrictions to end the validity of the prospect when this is converted to a customer.
